Eligibility Criteria
For the Project Manager post, candidates must have a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree of 16 years with at least 2nd division from an HEC-recognized university or institution. The applicant must also have five years of relevant experience in a public or private sector organization of good reputation. Out of this experience, three years must be in a managerial or supervisory role. Good knowledge of MS Office and MS Project is compulsory.
For the Office Assistant post, candidates must have Graduation of 14 years with at least 2nd division from an HEC-recognized university or institution. The candidate must also have two years of relevant work experience in a public or private sector organization. Advanced use of MS Office is required for this post.
For the Attendant post, candidates must have Matric qualification with one year of relevant experience.
HEC has clearly mentioned that experience will only be counted if it is gained after completing the minimum required qualification. Part-time, honorary, apprentice, and internship experience will not be counted as valid experience.
The general age relaxation of five years has already been included in the given age limits. Candidates already working in government service should apply through the proper channel.
